Executive Board - Terms of employment
Under the Dutch Corporate Governance Code, the main elements of the employment contract of Executive Board members with the company are required to be made public once the contract has been concluded, and in any event no later than the date of the notice convening the Annual General Meeting at which the appointment of the Executive Board member is proposed.

According to the remuneration policy of the Executive Board, as adopted by the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2010 and amended on 9 May 2011, remuneration of Executive Board members consists of a combination of fixed remuneration (base salary) and variable remuneration (together ‘total direct remuneration’), pension arrangements and benefits.
