During the 2012 UEFA European Football Championship, ING supported football fans in Poland with a special service: the ING Locker Wall. This free service allowed supporters travelling to Gdansk to enjoy the city and football matches without worrying about their valuables.

This Award is presented to the agency or brand behind a campaign. Size or scale of the campaign doesn’t matter, it’s the creative ideas and fantastic execution that are the main selection criteria.

“We’re very happy with this accolade,” says Sandra Prins, senior sponsorship manager in the Corporate Communications department at ING Bank. “It’s a recognition of our efforts to present football fans with an innovative solution to store their personal belongings during the matches.”

“We’re especially happy we won this prize, as the competition was fierce, with the many contributions in this Olympic Year.”
