Voce Arancio is an ING branded online community of 240.000 people where ING Italy shares new information, ideas and smart solutions to simplify the lives of their customers on a daily basis. For example, in May a lot of Italian customers pay their taxes, so ING shares a lot of useful information about this subject. In the holiday season ING shares practical information about how to use cash cards and what to do in case of an emergency.

With 95.000 subscribers to Voce Arancio’s weekly newsletter, more than 130.000 visitors each month and about 3.000 interactions in social media, it’s clear that customers love our help to get a step ahead in life.
