Be Good at Money

‘Be Good at Money’ – an area of ING.com – invites you to star in your own financial video.
All you have to do is to upload your picture and be your friend’s expert in one of the following financial fields: savings, investments, life insurance, housing and retirement planning.

Explaining the world of personal finance

Be Good at Money is an area of ING.com offering access to jargon-free financial information. It explains in clear, jargon-free terms the world of personal finance. Check out the tutorials on Savings, Investment, Life Insurance, Housing and Retirement Planning: even the more experienced will find some handy tips.

ING research suggests that while some people rely on family and friends for financial information, only a small percentage actually seek professional advice. The research also reveals that the questions consumers have are often very basic, such as “how can I plan my budget and save?” and “will I get this mortgage with my income?” ING provides you with an answer.

No product pushing

Be Good at Money aims to help customers understand and get a grip on their finances. The sections answer consumers' most frequently asked questions on the financial suite. Be Good at Money is not designed to push ING products, but as an eye-opener to encourage consumers to do their own research and so make informed decisions on products and services.

Be Good at Money is part of ING’s renewed goal to focus on what matters most to our customers, joining other financial education initiatives like eZonomics and another series of Financial Information Evenings in the Netherlands - Dutch text only.
