(1) The Executive Board, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, has proposed, subject to the ratification by the General Meeting of Shareholders, a cash dividend of EUR 1.48 per share for the year 2007. Following the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders with regard to the profit appropriation, the final cash dividend will become payable on 5 May 2008.
