DiBa

The Allgemeine Deutsche Direktbank was established in 1965, making it the oldest German direct bank. It is headquartered in Frankfurt and is market leader in Germany for directbanking. In 1998, ING acquired a 49% stake in DiBa and increased it to 70% in 2002 and to 100% in 2003. DiBa now operates as part of ING Direct.
