Parcom

Parcom Ventures was founded by Nationale Investerings Bank (NIB), Nationale Nederlanden, AMEV (Fortis), PGGM and Postbank in 1982. Nationale Nederlanden purchased all shares from the other partners in 1994 and Parcom became part of the ING Group. Parcom's mission is to build great companies by providing private equity and expertise to promising enterprises throughout Europe. Parcom focuses especially on management buy-outs. Several of its investments have been brought to major stock exchanges.
