Wellington

The Wellington Company was founded in 1840 and was acquired by ING Canada in 1995. This acquisition made ING the 2nd largest non-life insurer in Canada. In the summer of 2002 it was integrated in ING Insurance, now the largest non-life insurer in Canada.
