We will be announcing our 4Q/FY2025 results on Thursday 29 January at 7:00 am.

Analyst call

The analyst call will be hosted by chief executive officer Steven van Rijswijk on 29 January at 9:00 am CET. Chief risk officer Ljiljana Čortan and chief finance officer Tanate Phutrakul will be available for the Q&A.

Fixed income call

The credit update call is targeted at fixed income investors and next to our results we will address ING's capital funding and liquidity position followed by a Q&A. The call will be hosted by Sjoerd Miltenburg, head of ING Investor Relations and Jaap Kes, ING Group treasurer, on 29 January at 3:00 pm CET.

ING announced today that it will pay €0.172 per share on 15 January 2026, as part of the up to €1.6 billion distribution to shareholders as announced on 30 October 2025. The amount per share has been determined based on the total cash payment of €500 million and the 2,902 million ordinary shares outstanding on 31 December 2025.
