ING-DiBa best-in-class in 3 different areas

ING-DiBa’s first award came back in November, when respected German financial magazine Focus-Money compared the loans of 10 financial institutions before naming ING-DiBa Germany’s fairest credit provider.

Straightforward and transparent

ING-DiBa’s consumer loans were singled out for their low interest rates and straightforward conditions. The magazine went on to praise ING-DiBa’s credit products as transparent, free of “additional conditions” and for not creating “false expectations”. The magazine also commended ING-DiBa’s excellent service, including the 24/7 telephone access.

In December ING-DiBa was once more in the prizes, this time as Germany’s Best Online Stockbroker and Best Provider of Mutual Funds.

The awards were again from German financial magazine FOCUS-MONEY, but this time they had commissioned independent research institution DISQ to compare 12 German online banks.

Low fees and no fees

ING-DiBa came out on top, with DISQ citing the bank’s low transaction fees for both individual shares and funds, and no fee policy for opening and maintaining a stock deposit and accompanying account. There was also praise for the large number of mutual funds ING-DiBa offers its customers.
