ING accepted the award at a ceremony held at London’s Natural History Museum on 4 October.

ING’s Vroukje van Oosten Slingeland, said winning this award was a great honour and recognition for all the hard work the team is doing to embrace the agile Way of Working.

“I am so proud to see how the Tribe Legal explores new frontiers on our expedition into an unknown future. This award encourages us to keep exploring,” she said.

Now in its 12th year, the Financial Times (FT) Innovative Lawyers Report has become one of the top legal rankings in Europe. This year, ING was nominated in three categories: Strategy and Changing Behaviours, Best In-house Lawyer Team (ING Bank) and Innovation in Operations: new products and services (ING in Poland).
