Notice of Full Redemption

ING Groep N.V. has given notice to redeem all of the outstanding £600,000,000 ING Perpetual Securities (ISIN XS0246487705) on 17 March 2016. The securities were issued by ING in March 2006 as part of its regular hybrid funding programme and have a first call date in March 2016. They were part of a liability management transaction in December 2011 when the outstanding amount was reduced from £600,000,000 to £66,140,000.

The total redemption amount is £66,140,000, which is equal to 100% of the principal amount of the outstanding Perpetual Securities, plus accrued and unpaid interest to and including the Optional Redemption Date.
