Progress on share buyback programme
ING announced today that, in line with the launch of its €1,5 billion share buyback programme announced on 3 November 2022, the company has repurchased 16,492,184 shares during the week of 28 November 2022 up to and including 2 December 2022.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of €11.53 for a total amount of €190,079,853.26. For detailed information on the daily repurchased shares, individual share purchase transactions and weekly reports, see the ING website at www.ing.com/investorrelations.
The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date 82,968,216 ordinary shares at an average price of €11.23 for a total consideration of €931,740,600.70. To date approximately 62.12% of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
