Round up and invest a new feature of the Dutch app
ING in the Netherlands has made investing easier than ever for its six million app users with the launch of round up & invest last week.
The new feature automatically rounds up everyday purchases and places them in an investment account. Making investing easy and part of everyday life, customers can activate the feature in their ING App.
"Round up and invest makes investing accessible to everyone,” said the Netherlands’ head of Private Individuals, Isil Evlioglu.
“It's a smart way to build wealth step-by-step, without having to be actively involved in it," she said.
A similar service was also launched for ING customers in Belgium.
Round up and invest is one of six new Dutch app features to help users take control of their finances. The launch of the new features, called AppDate, are included in the video below.
