ING Group has earned a mention in the 2014 edition of RobecoSAM’s Sustainability Yearbook. As one of the top-scoring companies in the financial services industry, it received the Bronze Class distinction for its excellent sustainability performance.
“We are delighted with this recognition,” says Léon Wijnands, head of ING Group’s Sustainability Department, “as a reward for our continuing commitment and efforts to promote sustainability across our worldwide organisation.”

Since 2004, the Sustainability Yearbook has listed the world’s most sustainable companies in each industry as determined by their score in the RobecoSAM annual Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). Inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) is also based on this score.
