The 2013 Annual Reports are live!

On Friday, 28 March, ING published its 2013 Sustainability Report online.

ING’s Sustainability Report over 2013 is now live on the ING website. This report provides an overview of our sustainability approach, actions and performance in 2013. The print version of this report can be ordered on demand.

Since 21 March, the ING Group Annual Report 2013 has also been live on the ING website. The printed version will be available from Thursday, 3 April. The report provides extensive information on ING Groep N.V. and its businesses, its strategy, its management of risks, its achievements, financial performance and governance.

In addition, ING published the 2013 Annual Report of ING Bank N.V., the 2013 Annual Report of NN Group N.V. and the 2013 Annual Report on Form 20-F.

All these publications can be found on the ING website. The 2013 Form 20-F can also be downloaded from the SEC website.

On Monday, 24 March ING published its first online Annual Review. This publication provides a condensed overview of ING’s financial and business developments in 2013. The Annual Review also looks at five global trends that are having an impact on society and describes how ING responded while continuing to adjust to meet its customers’ needs.

The ING Group Annual Report 2013 will be discussed at ING’s annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12 May 2014. The agenda for the AGM was published on 27 March 2014 on the ING website www.ing.com.
