Notice of Full Redemption

ING Groep N.V. has given notice to redeem all of the outstanding 5.775% ING Fixed/Floating Perpetual Debt Securities (CUSIP 45837AC7) on 8 December 2015. The securities were issued by ING in December 2005 as part of its regular hybrid funding programme and have a first call date in December 2015. They were part of a liability management transaction in December 2011 when the outstanding amount was reduced from USD 1,000,000,000 to USD 364,247,000.

The total redemption amount is USD 364,247,000, which is equal to 100 % of the principal amount of the Redeemed Securities, plus accrued and unpaid interest to and including the Redemption Date.
