In the United Kingdom, ING IM’s legal entities, ING Asset Management B.V. and ING Investment Management (UK) Ltd, only offer investment management services to institutional clients through discretionary separate mandates or investments in our mutual funds. ING IM does not offer brokerage services to retail clients and we will not contact individuals with an offer to purchase or sell securities.
